What to do if you are in crisis:

Clinicians at Essex Psychology Practice are available to you at your scheduled appointment time(s). We are unable however, to provide emergency and/or immediate support. 

If you are in crisis we strongly encourage you to seek support and help from more appropriate services. Additional sources of support include Samaritans, your GP, and (if you feel at acute risk) your local Accident and Emergency Department and/or the emergency services by telephoning 999.
